Why ebooks?

ebooks have been making new inroads of late. With the recent popularity of the ipod and itunes, the book model is being established and is right around the corner. Sony and Amazon have each produced new ebook readers, and companies like WOWIO (wowio.com) are offering models where ebooks can be downloaded for free, funded by commercial sponsorships.  And with the advent of Apples iPad…the future of ebooks looks very bright indeed!
